Delivery
We really care about the environment and wherever possible we will recycle packaging so some orders are sent out using recycled boxes.
Hergest Handmade Handbags will endeavor to ship all orders within 5 working days subject to stock availability, but at busy times delivery may take slighter longer.
If there is a delay of delivery on in-stock items beyond the normal 5 working days period we will contact you by email to inform you of progress with your order.
Delivery Costs
Our postage and packing charge for standard items for deliveries within UK mainland and Northern Ireland is £3.99 per order. We do carry large numbers of stock, occassionally we do run out of stock but we will let you know if there is a problem immediately and talk to you about alternatives and advise when more stock is due in.
For Europe we charge £10.00. For deliveries to other parts of the world, please email us and we would be happy to quote for delivery based on the goods you require.
Please be aware we can not guarantee delivery times/dates though every effort is made to provide the fastest delivery.
Failed deliveries
If an item is undelivered and held at the post office or courier depot awaiting collection and it is not subsequently collected, or if a delivery is refused and then returned to us - then a £6.50 charge will apply for the cost of returning the parcel to us.

Please note if an order is high value then we may send on a service which requires a signature.
